Today’s technology paved the way to the growth of digital music, which drastically affect the sales of physical records. Like many artist today, Madonna has learned to embrace this new era, knowing its positive effects on her concert tours and album promotions. Music in the digital age enables both established and independent artists to make their singles and albums cheaper to produce and free to promote.
