Megalodon Shark: The Largest Predator That Ever Lived

Carcharocles Megalodon is the biggest and deadliest predatory shark to ever ruled the oceans of the world. This whale-eating sea monster could grow as much as 60 feet long and had a huge serrated teeth and a massive jaw more powerful than the bite force of a Tyrannosaurus rex. The prehistoric creature terrorized the seas from around 23 to 2.6 million years ago. Through dental morphology, scientists are able to measure the size and scale of this extinct Megalodon shark.
