Generation Z, the section of the population born right after the millennials, will soon dominate the workforce. As baby boomers keep on working past the traditional retirement age, few years from now, American workplace will consists of of five generations. Gen Z are the most culturally-diverse and most digitally connected generation. Having been raised in an online touchscreen world that ignored almost all economic, racial and social boundaries, they certainly present a different challenge in modern business practices.     It was estimated that the number of generation Z employees will reach 30 million by 2019. The majority of them loses all manner of interpersonal communication skills.
