The growing number of different types of whiskey, available in the liquor market today, was caused by the growth of craft distilleries in remote counties as well as urban centers in the last few years. Under the category of whiskey, the different kinds are mainly separated by their ingredients: malt whiskeys are made from malted barley, grain whisky from corn, wheat, rye and single malt from a single distillery.
