Neuroplasticity: Rewiring the Brain
The brain is a three-pound complex organ. Our brain is so powerful it continues to regenerate and learn, re-learn and unlearn stuffs around us from birth to death. Neuroplasticity or brain plasticity describes the phenomena that the thoughts we think rewire our brains and change our lives. Neuroscientists thought that the adult brain is a rigidly developed body organ that grows into full maturity only while in the earlier stages of our lives.
